I contacted our property manager who is our senior relationship manager & it was clear to us that she was on the case & had a wealth of knowledge regarding block management. We discussed a few items such as the remote unlocking from our flat not yet working etc. It’s clear to us that our property manager is a hands on person that leaves no stone unturned. Professionalism at this level is not easy to find these days."
