Since moving our estate over to Ringley a few years ago, the transformation has been genuinely impressive — and a huge part of that success is down to our Relationship Manager. From the outset, he brought clarity, consistency, and a proactive attitude to every aspect of estate management. Long-standing issues that had previously been allowed to fester were approached methodically and professionally, while everyday concerns were dealt with promptly and with clear communication. Nothing was ever too small or too complex — from holding contractors to account, liaising with the council, or providing well-timed newsletters and updates, Paul has always gone the extra mile. It’s rare to come across someone so dependable and diligent in property management. I recently had a leak in my flat in Prospect Place, and as this had never happened I o me before wasn’t sure of the process or what to do. Luckily the site manager was on hand to answer any queries or questions about what needed to be done. She’s quick, efficient and on the ball and super friendly. Arranged a call out for me and when there was a hiccup, sent two staff members to help; both were fantastic! Thanks guys!

Ringleys Property Management. company have been consistently professional and helpful throughout my time engaging with them as a Director of my properties right to manage company. Amity RTM. We have engaged Ringley. Their team has been responsive and proactive, making a real difference. One of the biggest positives has been their success in reducing our costs for the property. I'd like to say a huge thank you to our Estates Manager, despite having a number of issues to manage across our large site, when I asked about a particular issue in our block (a lift that was out of order) her response was both understanding of the situation, 100% professional and handled with her usual good grace. Oh yes, and effective (even if the lift company seemed to be less so) as the lift is now back in action. This is only one thing that I'd like to say thank you for - and I do want to say a huge thank you!

We've had some issues recently with a leak in our flat's ceiling in Prospect Place. The onsite caretaker has been round on several occasions now to assess and repair the damage. He's been incredibly friendly and explained the process at each step. He's persevered through a lengthy repair process with a few hurdles to overcome and has generally been a credit to Ringley!
