Our property manager is a complete star, she has persisted until she found a solution and gone not just the extra mile on our behalf, but many, many more. We are more grateful than we can say, what she has done will make a great difference to the wellbeing of an individual.

I met up with gardeners tidying up the lawns, mowing and trimming the overgrown lawn and grass.They left it looking so neat and tidy. It is less shabby and clean. I was so appreciative of their work they had done around the grounds. This morning there was rubbish strewn everywhere by foxes and humans too. Enough said but when the services turned up, it was so renewed and refreshing. I thanked them warmly for the effort they made in this heat
