Our Vision:
Ringley believes that ensuring the health and safety of staff, visitors, service users and all relevant persons is essential to our success: to us this means managing fire safety, workplace safety, safety whilst carrying out inspections or works and awareness of risk identification and planning to mitigate risk. - Have arrangements for consultation with and engagement of our employees and stakeholders on matters affecting their occupational health and safety
- Have arrangements in place to manage emergency events and staff welfare
- Recognise and consider potential implications of climate change-related events.
We expect our employees to:
- Lead by example, and to implement this policy. Be responsible for themselves and others who may be affected by our activities
- Eliminate, reduce or control risks so far as reasonably practicable
- Influence other stakeholders to align with our vision and policy
- Take care of their health, safety and wellbeing. Share knowledge, information, learning and achievements.
Our commitment:
Our aim is to provide healthy and safe places to work and to consider safety in work areas at buildings our Clients and their residents live in thereby to prevent injury. We aim to inspire our employees and stakeholders to continually raise the bar and have a commitment to fulfil legal requirements, eliminate hazards, reduce risks, consultation & participation of workers/stakeholders and seeking continual improvement.
