The Team have been fully engaged on Fire Safety issues and the terms of the Self Remediation Contract reached between Welsh Government and house builders. We are actively engaged with all stakeholders - including surveyors, lenders, agents and brokers - that contribute to the saleability and mortgageability of flats in the Cardiff Bay area.
