Cost circa £400pa, For Ringley to take legal responsibility for your Site Staff costs circa £15% or £1,500 per person pa.

TUPE transfers

Tupe

TUPE stands for the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations and its purpose is to protect employees' status and employment benefits when a contract transfers. TUPE applies when a Managing Agent changes or an RTM takes effect. Ringley Law can issue the required TUPE notices.

We have successfully negotiated out of TUPE transfers in Right to Manage (RTM) schemes where staff have previously been shared.

Post a TUPE transfer our approach is to ‘walk the job’ with your staff, carry out a ‘confidence and competence’ review of their job description and bring roles up to date with Ringley’s Site Inspection Apps and transparent reporting. Clients can employ their own site staff or TUPE them to Ringley Site Staff Limited to protect clients from reputational risk.
