I am a director at Prospect Place, and am very pleased with the performance of the whole Ringley team. Although only eight months into their new contract, they have moved so many things forward for all of the residents with the team that they have on site, with many of the maintenance issues. They have also progressed many of the longer term bigger issues with a very significant detailed and knowledgeable push from their CEO, Maryanne. Great service had a leak in my property called Ringley to help wasn't kept waiting spoke with John who was extremely helpful in listening and arranging for a contractor to come out. Contractor came out quickly and when advised he would. Was given updates on when he would be arriving. Glad they got the issue sorted quickly for me.
