From when this company took over it was nothing but a nightmare for two years but then a amazing member of staff was appointed as our Relationship Manager, she took over last year did more in a few months than what any other member of staff did an the way she dealt with me an my disability was just amazing if it wasn't for her this review would not be a good one but honestly if this company continues to keep people like her then they will get somewhere with helping people because she is a person who cares about the people she's working with and not just her job.
