We weren't always well supported by Ringley, that is until our current appointed Relationship Manager took over. She is amazing! She provides a consistently caring approach ensuring the resident's needs are met, costs are kept low and thinking creatively about any change that's needed to the properties no matter how small. She is clear in her communication, explains complexities very well and helps us navigate legislation and contractual issues with a breeze. I only hope my review doesn't take her away from us!

I have an overall good experience working with Ringley and especially it's a pleasure working with our appointed Relationship Manager, who has been very proactive, responsive and helpful whenever I have asked for her assistance and it's a great site manager for our block!

I had two incidents to report at different times, and my development manager at Ringley responded promptly. She gave very helpful information that set my mind at rest. I commend her performance strongly and unreservedly.

There was recently a problem with the drainage in our flat block and waste water was coming up out of a manhole cover and onto our ground floor balcony area. Our relationship manager sent someone out to fix the problem later that day, and emailed everyone to let us know they would come. They came without me realising, so I sent an email that evening in a quite grumpy tone demanding that they come the next morning, and straight away on receiving my email she got them to come out again to make sure that everything was OK and they really had fixed the problem the night before! I was very grateful for her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was properly resolved and to our satisfaction, even when my communication had been misinformed and grumpy!
