I am leaving my positive comments about our cleaning lady, she is very helpful, polite, cheerful and professional. Our block is clean and beautiful. She is mostly friendly and does her job very well. However, Ringley management needs to improve and step up, hope to see some positive change in the future.

I’m very impressed with the level of detail their employees attach to their work. Most known staff I know , goes beyond just cleaning, she always faces residents with a warm smile. Keep it up

I had a viewing today and she was very professional and knowledgeable. Most letting agents are not very helpful but she definitely stands out! Would definitely recommend Ringley as an agency
