Malcolm exceeded all expectations in helping me understand the situation and how it could be remediated with regards the new EWS1 circumstances ...... His willingness to engage with me and describe the situation was completely out of the ordinary and his skill and judgment where patently evident as was his years of experience in the field of fire protection. It is rare people go above and beyond, especially in current circumstances and it compelled me to write this email. Karl has also been highly proactive and an asset to Ringley in his conduct with regards the highly confusing area presented by the past and present EWS1 legislation and I hope that the sale of my property will be possible in the near term. It is highly refreshing to see Ringley both commandeer the services of, and employee individuals of the caliber of Mr Bradley and Mr Dyer and I can only offer my thanks that both they and Ringley are tackling the current legislative landscape will skill and tenacity. I would like to commend your company, its employees and contractors in the handling of these matters as I find that my experience in all my dealings with your organization have been proactive, “can do” and always handled efficiently and effectively and represent a level of service I find rare in the modern era.
