I would like to thank the Estate Manager for going beyond her job description on my app ceiling this had been left through no fault of mine she dealt with it quickly professionally and I am one who is grateful as the task she did I was going to try and do but as an older resident would have found very hard she took that on board and dealt with it this is from one very grateful resident to your firm who have the luxury of having her on board

The Management team here in Prospect Place, the estates team are stars! Always engaging, friendly, and helpful (how they manage to remember any of us is a mystery, they're so busy with so many of us, but the always do!). I want to commend them particularly for their care over the repair and painting of my apartment following a flood - wonderful in the first instance, and their follow up (to fix a minor glitch) was brilliant: it was sorted so quickly and well THANK YOU!

I wanted to pass on my huge appreciation to the site manager at Prospect Place for all the help and support especially over the last few weeks when Ringley decided to sort out the issue with the ongoing water leak since December 2023 as ReGen had basically washed their hands of the fact that they were quite clearly responsible. But it looks like we are on the home straight at last and I really cannot thank Suzanne enough. Nothing seems too much trouble for her and she has kept me in the loop with everything going on recently which is all I really wanted from the start. Also thank you to the Director for Wales & West, as he too sorted an issue for me which was much appreciated.

I just sold a flat in a building for which Ringleys had recently taken over as the managing agent. I was extremely happy with the service the Relationship Manager at Ringleys provided. Timing was crucial on progressing my sale and she always responded promptly and effectively. She was very friendly and helpful and followed through on any action she agreed to do. I am very grateful for her help. A 1st class service!

I write with regards to the recent help I received from our Estate Manager, I asked him to come to my apartment and view the very badly stained glass and metal on my balcony . I have tried to clean with no success . A window cleaner couldn't do any better . The new cladding stained by plaster looks dreadful also . On the side balcony there is a pool of green stagnant water . Together with a collection of the builders sandwich wrappers and bottles . A pain of the balcony glass has been shattered and removed but not replaced . It all got a bit too much . The big feature of the apartment is its balcony and they look dreadful . Even the new cladding is covered in stains from where plaster has been wiped . None of the above was covered during the work . The Estate Manager has assured me that both balconies will be cleaned stones pressure washed , glass replaced and cleaned to its perfect pre build status and the metal to returned to its pre build state . I have been very distressing time these last few years . Aware the builders are leaving I don't want to be left with this mess . The Estate Manager has reassured me all this will be put right and he personally will make sure of this . It has made me feel better. There is someone coming to show me how good this will be in a week or two when the builders leave . Trusting it will all be restored back to it former perfect condition

The Relationship Manager who works for your company. I felt compelled to write this review as I have found her very helpful , and on the ball. She gets things done and her communication skills are excellent. Ringleys are very lucky to have an asset in their company.Well done
