"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

|
We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

|
Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Things to do in Lambeth
Lambeth Cultural Scene
The name Lambeth was first recorded in 1062 as 'Lambehitha', meaning 'landing place for lambs', and it was later known as Lambeth in 1255. Fun fact, in the Doomsday Book, which was a survey to assess the wealth and and assets of William The Conqueror's, Lambeth is called "Lanchei", likely in error. The name refers to a harbour where lambs were either shipped from or to.
Damac Tower: Damac Tower is an exciting residential developments in Zone 1, boasting unparalleled facilities which is shown by the 23rd floor, which has a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gym. This new building will sit on the edge of the Nine Elms residential regeneration area, with unrivalled views towards central London and the City.
Damac Tower is also partnering with Versace Home, in order to ensure that the interiors will more than match the high-quality design of the exterior.
The Dumont: The new build offers an exciting opportunity to purchase an apartment from a collection of 4 bedroom apartments which offer stunning views and first-class residents facilities which include a 24 hr concierge, private bookable cinema, screening room, bowling alley and billiard room.
There are many things to do in Lambeth that make it a great place to live. For instance, you could visit the Venn Street Market which runs every Saturday, and features fresh produce, baked goods and treats from around the world, such as Portuguese sweets and South African salted meat. If that's not for you, then you may enjoy the Handmade Mysteries Escape Room.
Culture plays a large role in Lambeth, this is shown by the numerous examples of street art in the area with notable inclusions being RONE’s The Blight of Carmen on the High Street and the mural on the front of Fu Manchu Bar on Lendal Terrace.
