And then saw him again fixing and fixing again! He is always about and nothing is too much trouble for him. Being an estate agent I suppose my standards are high, but he is always on hand for advice or if I need information. He is also a decent chap and it is definitely better with him here than previous! Great guy."

Our property manager and his assistant persevered with both these problems which were both solved at the beginning of this week due to their diligence. The residents of the block are very grateful for their persistence in these matters which reached satisfactory conclusions. Following on from the above, we had a further problem with the lift but again Dilara and Peter dealt with this speedily and efficiently."

Kalina Detko - Estates - 11/12/2023 - Dartford "5 stars for the housekeepers, the magnificent cleaner of the Windsor, Langley Square! She's keeping the building clean and surfaces shiny, despite the mud outside or occasional dog accidents. I was also impressed by the maintenance team, who quickly reacted to the car garage being flooded after heavy rain - pumping water out, unblocking the drains clogged with leaves and then setting up a dehumidifier in the communal area to prevent mould. The only bad experience was when the lift broke down - took a few days to fix, but regular email updates helped a bit."
