"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work alongside those deploying capital: our VirginLand by Ringley identify sites, our capital markets team work on equity and debt, our Asset Managers act as Employer’s Agent during the build for Project Monitoring. Towards Practical Completion we will be preparing always to mobilse new assets, take plant handover, recruit great teams and lease up fast.

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Lewisham Cultural Scene
Lewisham is most likely to have been founded by a Jute known as Leof, who settled near St Mary's Church in the 6th century. A Jute was one of many nordic tribes to have settled in Britain.
The origins of the name are unclear but Daniel Lysons in 1796 wrote that in ancient Saxon records, there was a place known as Levesham and that a Latin Legal Record dated in 1440, mentions a place in Kent known as Levesham, which may refer to Lewisham.
Silkworks: The new development offers the opportunity to purchase an apartment from a collection of 330 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments, most of which have balconies and some of which have a car parking space. The build is situated in Lewisham, just an 8-minute walk from the station with direct links to London Victoria in just 23-minutes.
Arden: The new development provides the opportunity to purchase a home from a range of Studios, 1 and 2 bed apartments with stylish specifications, to spacious 2 & 3 bedroom duplexes, all with private outdoor space. The area has excellent transport links with Lewisham station (0.4 miles away) providing direct trains to London Bridge in 10 minutes.
There are many things to do in Lewisham that make it a great place to live. For instance, you could visit the Horniman Museum & Gardens, which is a great alternative to the Natural History Museum. Music lovers will enjoy their permanent exhibition of musical instruments, and there's also a little aquarium. If that's not for you then you may prefer to visit the Lewisham shopping centre, which is home to brands that include, TK Maxx and Foot Locker.
Culture plays a big role in Lewisham, and it has taken centre stage since Lewisham was made the London Borough of Culture 2022, which provides the area with more than £1 million in funding for cultural events and activites. Furthermore, the Lewisham 2022 Creative Change Fund will empower local organisations by allowing community sector organisations and schools to apply for Seed Grants of £1,000 or Small Grants of £5,000 – and be paired with local artists to lead and deliver their own activity.
