I recently had a leak in my flat in Prospect Place, and as this had never happened I o me before wasn’t sure of the process or what to do. Luckily the site manager was on hand to answer any queries or questions about what needed to be done. She’s quick, efficient and on the ball and super friendly. Arranged a call out for me and when there was a hiccup, sent two staff members to help; both were fantastic! Thanks guys!

This morning I got locked in my flat as the door handle came out, the door closed and got stuck. I called the GMV concierge, two members of the team came to help me right away. They were lovely and they tried to comfort me while they were doing the work. They managed to open the door and fix the issue in a short time. Thank you both so so much!
