Thank you Mandy for your help today - its so nice and refreshing to have someone proactive on concierge and it was appreciated because it allowed me the nicest of swims in this bitterly cold weather which is unbelievably important to me to distress at this challenging time.

My smoke alarm was beeping and I was unable to change the batteries as the shops has closed. Patrick kindly came to show me how to stop the beeping and showed me how to put the smoke alarm back safely.

As a leaseholder, I feel that we are constantly kept up to date with matters relating to the development. Also recognising the hard work and commitment the team have put in, dealing with the fire cladding issue.
