Having over the years dealt with some very poor property managers I am delighted to say that this does NOT apply to Ringley and in particular to our appointed Relationship Manager. He has always responded to our requests very professionally and promptly and has been a delight to deal with.

The arrival of Ringley was a most welcome arrival at Ffordd James Mcghan.The previous Management Company left a lot to be desired.Ringley made a huge difference particularly in terms of landscaping and repairs necessitated by repeated vandalism.Communication,something lacking with previous Companies,was re-instated.It is with great regret that for whatever the reason Ringley will now be handing over to an unknown MAnagement Company.

Ringley Group were always very quick at repairs if needed around the Apartments ,and supplied all out of hours numbers for emergencies . They were speedy with any enquiries and always communicated very well. I also have had the most pleasure of receiving ,help and advice from our Relationship Manager for a number of years regarding my apartment . He has always been available on the phone every time I’ve needed assistance . He has always been polite and very helpful and always made sure I understood everything no matter how long the phone call was knowing he’s a very busy man. My Relationship Manager was my go to person at Ringley and I am saddened that Ringley Group will cease Managing our Apartments . I hope The next management company are on par with what I have experienced ,they will have very big boots to fill to even come close to the most kind and understanding manager and Company I have ever dealt with .
