I was quite stressed about this as there is no other available parking in my development except your allocated parking space. I contacted Liam our site manager who responded to the issue straight away. He supported me with escalating to the issue to the council and also arranging for temporary parking. Liam went the extra mile to find resolution which I really appreciate. Thank you very much!"

Richard Phillips - Estates - 30/01/2023 "I was ready to mark this way down but Ringley really redeemed themselves. Basically I'd changed address and Ringley did not update it and then wanted to charge me for letters that did not get to me. I queried it and they would only refund one of the charges, luckily the person who responds on here was able to sort it out and confirm the charges had been removed and refunded. Was frustrating when no one originally responds and then when you call they have a 'computer says no' attitude but there are the great staff there who will then help you and resolve issues - Special thanks to Natalie. Would also say as well that while Ringley head office can be not great the local staff are fantastic, the ones at the development I live at are so friendly and do a great job."
Mr B Ahmad - Estates - 30/01/2023 - Barking "Disha Ladha is the relationship manager for Friars Close in Essex . We have had a few managers in the past but none with the excellent service skills displayed by Disha . Disha has always listened to the flat owners and has worked through many difficult situations . She is affable and tenacious when it comes to problem solving and getting through often challenging situations . She has always responded to issues and taken time to meet residents at the D.C. property to listen and action issues . She has been instrumental in setting up the new CCTV network and even arranged an emergency AGM - earlier in the year to tackle concerns . Disha has excellent interpersonal skills and really takes the time to help deal with problems herself and through relationships with the local police and council etc .She really is a credit to Ringley."
Stuart Lee - Estates - 28/01/2023 - Kingston upon Thames "In 2020-22 we, AMC, undertook works consisting of: fire alarm upgrades, compartmental upgrades, integration and upgrades to the Automatic opening vents and the fire doors to meet required safety standards. The cost of these works was £467,276 During the delivery of this specific project he developed additional project management skills and worked with the AMC director team to successfully deliver a timely result. His continued efforts resulted in re-imbursement of the funding, in full, from the original developer. We, at AMC, look forward to working with him in his capacity as our tenant/owner point of contact (working alongside an extended Ringley Engineering Team) in the replacement of existing cladding to achieve an EWS1 Certificate."

Under her direction we managed to get roof works done for the building with little fuss. She is helpful, proactive and communicates with us frequently (which isn't as common as you would think among building managers!). She's a great asset to Ringley."

As a new development, there are of course few challenges and issues to be resolved permanently. However, since Ringley's new relationship manager, Liam Washington came in things started to change. He is a very proactive, hard working, solution focused and friendly person with the community at Langley Square. You could reach him instantly without any waiting time. He is not only responding but also taking actions promptly whatever the task needs to be solved. He is not an 8am to 5pm type of person, you could mostly find him working late and even weekends to get the job done. I hope with his skills, experience and personality we would have a great opportunity to build a better community together here and get those outstanding issues resolved in the near future.
