The manager was extremely helpful when there was a serious leak at my daughter’s property. He quickly contacted the plumbers & kept me informed with emails on his progress arranging for them to attend & updates on their expected arrival.

I was concerned about a possible fraudulent contractor trying to enter the building. I called Ringley and was passed onto a member of the team who was very helpful with good communication skills and also helped with another issue outside his remit.
