Recently when we had a problem with the lift he volunteered to help bring a very heavy item of furniture that had just been delivered up 7 flights of stairs. He also noticed how we struggled in getting a sofa delivery up the stairs. So he helped us carry all the way up without hesitancy. He went above and beyond in making us feel we are in good hands. Very pleased with his approach."

The emergency on-call contractor arrived within an hour of her emailing the whole site and isolated the unit. Later that afternoon she sent professional contractors who repaired the pipe which went in to our property and we had services back up and running early evening on the same day. Thank you to Monica and Ringley for there swift action."
