My smoke alarm was beeping and I was unable to change the batteries as the shops has closed. Patrick kindly came to show me how to stop the beeping and showed me how to put the smoke alarm back safely.

As a leaseholder, I feel that we are constantly kept up to date with matters relating to the development. Also recognising the hard work and commitment the team have put in, dealing with the fire cladding issue.

I would like to say what a great job this whole move was for myself. Andy really helped me pick a great apartment, with the virtual tours due to Covid, and great communication, everything went smoothly. From signing contracts to reference checks, all done within a day or two at most! Amazing service from Andy himself, always there to answer all your questions no matter what time or day. Even after moving in, he is always a quick message away from helping solve any issues or if you have any questions. This is the service we all need! My move was so easy and I would recommend the amazing brand new apartments to anyone looking for a clean, modern and high class quality within Coventry city centre. Perfect for professionals!!
