I am tenant at Langley Square and I wanted to give a shout out to the relationship manager and the caretaker. They both were walking around site when I was taking stuff up and stopped to help me. Gave me lots of information about the estate and the area, as I’m new to dartford. I was also having an issue with my washing machine and he gave me details of a local contractor to fix it. They were both very friendly and welcoming and said the doors always open should I ever need anything. Thank you to both of them!

Really appreciate the help I got last week. My heating and hot water went down for two days, I spent all of Friday trying to get someone out and the best I could get was someone to come out on Monday, meaning I would have to go all weekend in this weather. I called at around 5pm on the off chance, he’s not supposed to visit my flat but he did. He called a friend on FaceTime, between them they were trying to figure out what the problem was and he wouldn’t leave until it was all sorted. He really went above and beyond, on a Friday evening when I’m sure all he wanted to do was get home and enjoy his weekend. Top man

I have had a great experience so far with Ringley. Never failed to pick up a phone call and ensured the process was as smooth as possible as my girlfriend and I move into our first home together.

The concierge team are an absolute pleasure to have as receptionists. They are helpful and supportive with issues in the building and they make it a pleasant environment when arriving and leaving.
