I met her on one lovely morning cleaning the blocks of flats as she usually does with a smile on her face and a routine good morning . Since I have met her she has always taken her Job seriously , she works hard to ensure that we walk into a clean block every week not to mention she makes it smell lovely !! She has built a beautiful rapport with us here in the estate. I have to say she is one of the most hard working people I know and there has never been a complaint regarding her level of work . We here on the estate notice the difference in quality of work when she isn’t around which speaks volumes."
