The relationship manager for my block at GMV, provided invaluable assistance in clarifying the recent service charge bills and correspondence. The documents were presented in a format that was difficult to comprehend, leaving ambiguity regarding the demands and deductions made by DD. I've had two recent interactions regarding a couple of issues, and both were dealt with promptly and efficiently.
