Block and Estate Management is about the minutia done well: the role of a Managing Agent is technical, administrative, practical and political. History of Canary Wharf

Canary Wharf is the secondary central business district of London, after the City of London, on the Isle of Dogs. The business dsitrict was developed on the site of the former West India Docks with the business district containing around 16,000,000 square feet of office and retail space.

Previously, from 1802 to the late 1980s, the Isle of Dogs was one of the busiest docks in the world. West India Docks was primarily developed by Robert Milligan who set up the West India Dock Company.
