This morning I got locked in my flat as the door handle came out, the door closed and got stuck. I called the GMV concierge, two members of the team came to help me right away. They were lovely and they tried to comfort me while they were doing the work. They managed to open the door and fix the issue in a short time. Thank you both so so much!
