My communication with the property manager was very helpful indeed. He is very clear and competent and a notable exception to the rest of my many contacts with Ringley. I found the Ringley website to be a disaster, extremely complex and impossible to use. Information given on line is obscure and I found it incomprehensible and only after eight telephone calls to different people at Ringley was I able to get the information I needed at last when I was finally able to speak to the property manager.

We've had some issues recently with a leak in our flat's ceiling in Prospect Place. The onsite caretaker has been round on several occasions now to assess and repair the damage. He's been incredibly friendly and explained the process at each step. He's persevered through a lengthy repair process with a few hurdles to overcome and has generally been a credit to Ringley!

Move in was so much easier than what I expected. The lettings negotiator throughout was great and went above and beyond the service I expected. Bob was an absolute delight to meet after the long move I had, he was such great help with the move. No problems so far and with the immediate responses I doubt there will be any in future. I would recommend them! Smooth process and move in.

The village manager and the maintenance engineer provided surprisingly good service when I had an issue here on my estate in Greenwich. They responded quickly, popped round the next day and sorted my issue. The maintenance engineer also explained how everything worked and what I needed to do going forward. I wish all engineers were this good.
