"We have had a problem with noise from the flat above us in Lady Isle House Ferry Court Cardiff. We contacted a Mr Paul Staniforth who immediately became involved and addressed the situation. We really do appreciate what he has done for us and cannot thank him enough. Once again a big thank you to Mr Staniforth. The noise above was intolerable."

We work to enhance the value of our Client’s asset and demonstrate good governance. To us this means engaging with leaseholders, residents and other stakeholders to ensure they are engaged with the management of each development.

Our aim is to make Management Company Directors feel empowered: to us this means 100% transparency and advising them of the options available to support decision making. We know volunteer directors have a day job, so work to delivery what they need in a timely manner and guide them on the decisions we need.

Hampstead - Cultural Scene
Hampstead is situated inner north-west of London, in the borough of Camden. It is 5.4 miles from the centre of London. Hampstead's growth goes back to the 17th century. In 1700, Trustees of the Well advertised the medicinal qualities of the chalybeate waters: that is, water impregnated with iron. Hampstead Wells was initially successful and fashionable. However, its popularity declined in the 1800s, due to competition with other fashionable London spas. The spa was abolished in 1882, although a water fountain remained.
Hampstead was, for many years, the home of the intelligentsia, including writers, composers, ballerinas and intellectuals, actors, artists and architects, many of whom created a bohemian community in the late 19th century. After 1917, and again in the 1930s, it became the base for a community of avant garde artists and writers, and was host to a number of emigres and exiles from the Russian Revolution, and Nazi Europe.
In the 1860s, the North London Railway was opened. This is the route of the Overground we know today. Hampstead expanded as a result of this original railway line, and in 1907, the Charing Cross, Euston and Hampstead Railway opened Hampstead station. This is now part of London Underground's Northern Line. Hampstead station was used as an air-raid shelter during World War II, (1939-1945). It remains the deepest station on the Underground, with a spiral staircase, of 326 steps.

Hampstead Heath is an ancient heath in London, spanning 320 hectares. This grassy public space is one of the highest points in London, and runs from Hampstead to Highgate. The heath is hilly, and has ponds, recent and ancient woodlands, a lido, playgrounds, and a training track. It adjoins the former stately home of Kenwood House and its estate. The south-east part of the heath is Parliament Hill, with spectacular views of London. Along its eastern perimeter are ponds, including three open-air public swimming pools. The heath is a Site of Metropolitan Importance for Nature Conservation, and part of Kenwood is a Site of Special Scientific Interest. Lakeside concerts are held there in summer.
