The lettings advisor was extremely helpful and patient during my viewing of the Mailbox. She answered all my questions and were able to explain the options that she can offer to facilitate my move-in. She was also very helpful to answering further questions via email and guiding me throughout the tenancy process.

THE CARETAKER is a great guy always ready to help and finding ways to resolve issues.he was always attending to my requests and did all he could to resolve them. Friendly with a great sense of humour and knows how to respectfully deal with people. I saw he is a great team player how he related with the colleagues on some occasions I will recommend him for any position going forward.

The caretaker was superb. If we had any issues, which were rare, he was able to get them sorted very quickly & efficiently. The maintenance of the building & grounds was very good - all down to him. I would certainly recommend staying there.
