I must firstly give the housekeeping staff A+ for their hard work and always being so pleasant and helpful and efficient. Ringley staff “pulled out the stops” to reroot the now beautifully lit Christmas tree and in a secured box! The area is paved and seats around the area. I contacted our relationship manager who is our senior relationship manager & it was clear to us that she was on the case & had a wealth of knowledge regarding block management. We discussed a few items such as the remote unlocking from our flat not yet working etc. It’s clear to us that our Relationship Manager is a hands on person that leaves no stone unturned. Professionalism at this level is not easy to find these days."
