I personally have always had a great experience with the team at the Concierge. They both really make my day and they always go out of their way when it comes to any queries and when I'm being a silly sausage with getting the dates wrong with parcels. I think this team is definitely a lot more approachable than the previous, but that's just based on my personal experience. I also like that they can take accountability, get things done and are just overall really pleasant to deal with.

I need to share that Ringley who inevitably have a constant work to do here in Ferry Court. I must firstly give the housekeeping staff A+ for their hard work and always being so pleasant and helpful and efficient. Ringley staff “pulled out the stops” to reroot the now beautifully lit Christmas tree and in a secured box! The area is paved and seats around the area. Let us all keep this site as best as it can be with total commitment to be positive between Management, staff and residents. We too have a responsibility
