Narci (aka Maria) is thorough with her work, she also clears a lot of stuff(rubbish) some of the uncaring residents and teenagers etc around the area leave behind. On many occasion teens have treated the blocks and areas very badly smashing eggs and all sorts. Narci has dealt with it in her stride, and is very strong and has many admirable qualities. A punctual and timely person! Narci is always kind, warm and courteous. Informative, when I've needed it. She has a wonderful manner and personality. Truly a great person and a great worker. Ringley are very fortunate to have Narci as an employee! I experienced seeing the difference Narci makes almost every day, over the year I've lived here and hope she stays around!"

Unfortunately we have people living in this block who create quite a mess. I love coming home from a long days work to see the stairs and floors and hallway lovely and tidy from top to bottom. The products that are used smell amazing too. Maria the cleaner has superb cleaning standards which is something I really appreciate. Our block is always left well cleaned and smelling fresh throughout after Maria has left in the morning. Thank you so much Maria your customer service and outstanding standards mean a lot to us.
