Rachel Lewis - Estates - 04/04/2025 "I'd like to say a huge thank you to our Estates Manager, despite having a number of issues to manage across our large site, when I asked about a particular issue in our block (a lift that was out of order) her response was both understanding of the situation, 100% professional and handled with her usual good grace. Oh yes, and effective (even if the lift company seemed to be less so) as the lift is now back in action. This is only one thing that I'd like to say thank you for - and I do want to say a huge thank you!"

The onsite caretaker has been round on several occasions now to assess and repair the damage. He's been incredibly friendly and explained the process at each step. He's persevered through a lengthy repair process with a few hurdles to overcome and has generally been a credit to Ringley!"
