Excellent Service I emailed the Facilities Manager earlier this week about a problem with a connecting door between my apartment block and the neighbouring one. had a reply within 5 minutes saying that he had spotted this on a routine inspection and taken remedial steps. I had an email yesterday to say that the door had been mended. I am very impressed with the improvement in the service since Ringley took over and particularly with the speedy replies to various queries I have had.

I have had dealings with Ringley for many years now. There are two outstanding people who work there. Their MD, Mary-Anne, who is awesome to deal with and one of their current Property Managers, Catherine Griffin, who is also a fantastic person to liaise with and go to for help and advice. Catherine, althought fairly new to her role, is by far the best Manager I have had dealings with.

We carry out works for many property management companies and find Ringleys to be one of the best.
