Over the past 20 years, I've dealt with various managing agents, and my experiences, frankly, have not been great. If you’re lucky, you might get a response to an email or call within days—more often, it’s weeks. I’ve even had to resort to physically visiting offices to obtain documents because no one would reply. So, when Ringley took over the management of our block, my expectations were understandably low. However, I have to say they’ve completely redefined what I thought was possible in this industry. Typically, with services like Michelin-starred restaurants or five-star hotels, exceptional service is expected—it’s the baseline, and only subpar experiences get noticed. But when you expect very little, and then receive five-star service, it’s truly remarkable. I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one because Ringley’s team has been absolutely outstanding. I’d particularly like to mention our appointed relationship manager, legal advisor and onsite office manager, who have been nothing short of exceptional. Their efficiency, professionalism, and courteousness have been consistent throughout. As the saying goes, "one swallow does not a summer make," but when three individuals in a company deliver this level of service, it’s a clear reflection of the entire organisation’s values and culture. Thanks to Ringley, I no longer dread dealing with managing agents—I feel incredibly grateful to have them overseeing our development. If you’re looking for a managing agent that delivers true five-star service, Ringley is the gold standard.

We recently had some plumbing work done which required the water being shut off for a short period on the whole of our floor in our apartment block. Our caretaker was extremely helpful, as always, coordinating the shut down with us and our plumber. It all went without a hitch and minimal disruption.

Here to leave a review for the team who clean our block every day. They are such a lovely pair, they do a great job of keeping the building clean and are always friendly to chat to. Our dog loves getting his daily fuss too.
