Absolutely amazing, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always on deck to help with any of my needs and the flat itself is so clean and exactly how I wanted it. The lettings agent met me on the day and couldn’t be more helpful with everything we needed .

Ringley inherited a wealth of historical problems that were acerbated by the previous managers. They have taken on the job with expertise and grace, absorbing a lot of pent-up frustration that's no fault of their own along the way. An excellent decision by our Board of Directors to choose Ringley. I'd like to particularly single out the MD for praise, but clearly the improvement isn't the work of one person alone.

I wanted to pass on my huge appreciation to the site manager at Prospect Place for all the help and support especially over the last few weeks when Ringley decided to sort out the issue with the ongoing water leak since December 2023 as ReGen had basically washed their hands of the fact that they were quite clearly responsible. But it looks like we are on the home straight at last and I really cannot thank Suzanne enough. Nothing seems too much trouble for her and she has kept me in the loop with everything going on recently which is all I really wanted from the start. Also thank you to the Director for Wales & West, as he too sorted an issue for me which was much appreciated.

The Relationship Manager who works for your company. I felt compelled to write this review as I have found her very helpful , and on the ball. She gets things done and her communication skills are excellent. Ringleys are very lucky to have an asset in their company.Well done

Absolutely delighted with the outstanding service provided by Anaconda Cut! From the very beginning of the moving-in process to the final stages, Antonia has been incredibly supportive and attentive. She answered all of our questions promptly and thoroughly, ensuring we were well-informed every step of the way. Antonia was very accommodating with all of our requests, always going the extra mile to make sure everything was in order. The Relationship Manager has been amazing at dealing with the issues we’ve been facing within our property. Unfortunately for him, there were existing issues that were not dealt with by the previous management company (which Ringley took over in April/May). However, despite being new to Ringley, he has quickly picked up these issues (including some large & complicated ones) & has been fantastic at ensuring things are being chased and also keeping us updated, which is always positive reassurance. I cannot recommend the Relationship Manager enough. He is an asset to Ringley and to us as our Relationship Manager
