Management of the building is amazingly well organized. On my first day of living here lovely lettings advisor showed me around and I was surprised to see how everything is in order. I'm sure I'll enjoy living in such a great environment.

Absolutely amazing, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Always on deck to help with any of my needs and the flat itself is so clean and exactly how I wanted it. The lettings agent met me on the day and couldn’t be more helpful with everything we needed .

Ringley inherited a wealth of historical problems that were acerbated by the previous managers. They have taken on the job with expertise and grace, absorbing a lot of pent-up frustration that's no fault of their own along the way. An excellent decision by our Board of Directors to choose Ringley. I'd like to particularly single out the MD for praise, but clearly the improvement isn't the work of one person alone.

I met up with gardeners tidying up the lawns, mowing and trimming the overgrown lawn and grass.They left it looking so neat and tidy. It is less shabby and clean. I was so appreciative of their work they had done around the grounds. This morning there was rubbish strewn everywhere by foxes and humans too. Enough said but when the services turned up, it was so renewed and refreshing. I thanked them warmly for the effort they made in this heat

I would like to thank the Estate Manager for going beyond her job description on my app ceiling this had been left through no fault of mine she dealt with it quickly professionally and I am one who is grateful as the task she did I was going to try and do but as an older resident would have found very hard she took that on board and dealt with it this is from one very grateful resident to your firm who have the luxury of having her on board
