We had a leak over weekend from flat above so informed Liam on Sunday. Few hours later he was in our flat taking pictures. Got in touch with flat owner and inspected their property. Kept us informed all this while and was genuinely interested to help out. Most importantly it was on his day off. Can't admire him enough as he has taken the customer service to the next level. Ringley should be proud of such a hardworking staff !

Our experience has been excellent and we wanted to say thank you to our building manager. My husband has just suffered a stroke, and the lift in our building wasnt working. The building manager Adele Roberts was a star and went above and beyond to communicate effectively with us, express sympathy and support and get the lift repaired quickly.It makes a big difference to know someone caring and competent is there when needed.

Ringley took over the management of my rented property in the last month of tenancy. Even though my experience with them was brief, the difference in their attitude towards the property and tenants' concerns was tremendous. Owen has shown real interest in solving many issues that had been plaguing the property, and Georgia showed incredible support and professionalism in a complicated end of tenancy/new property management scenario. Should Ringley have taken over the management of the property earlier, I might as well have stayed there!
