Nusha came to our flat for a brief inspection. After conducting the inspection I mentioned couple of problems with the flat. The day after she already arranged a plumber and engineer to come and look at the problems. Very good customer service from her.

I have had an extended period out of communications while sailing across the Pacific this year. I got back to find I had missed important messages about my flat which Ringley manage. A telephone call with super friendly and helpful Adele Roberts was the answer. She soon explained in detail what has been going on and what action I needed to take. In this case nothing at all! Thanks Adele.

I recently was to receive a delivery which showed delivered in the tracking but the picture didn't show outside my door. I mentioned this to the concierge, Sam, on site in Prospect Place Cardiff, he took my details and offered to check the building for me. He managed to find my parcel and delivered it back to me, hes always a pleasure to speak to & does a great job here as its not the first time I've had a problem and needed to speak to him. Always friendly as well, asset to the company! Thanks!
