The Buildings Manager has been in situ for several months at Prospect Place and the atmosphere and service has improved enormously.He is really approachable,helpfull and efficient in his duties.Whenever I have raised an issue it has been dealt with straight away and in a most professional and efficient manner.Callum is a credit to the Company.

Even though it was Sunday and the member of staff was not working, I sent him a text message about the front door of the block I live in, which had been vandalised. I received an immediate reply saying that he appreciated the fact that I'd informed him of the issue. He always goes the extra mile, is helpful, approachable and courteous.

Quick communication, sent plumbers out asap once a leak was confirmed. Plumbers also did clean work and tidied up after themselves - unusual nowadays, so we were pleasantly surprised.
