(The owner was in the process of selling their flat and had many forms to fill in. After asking who owned the leasehold, we anticipated they would be confused with a lot of the terminology so explained who owned the leasehold and also explained the difference between the leaseholder and freeholder in a clear and simple way - making it easy for the owner to understand the difference)."

It is also useful to have the updated contact details. (We explained how our Communications Department help to resolve issues which owners raise through Chairman's Questionnaires that they fill in, as well as how owners can escalate anything at Ringley as we welcome all feedback. A new Property Manager had recently taken over the site so their contact details were forwarded to the owner)."
