Concierge always top notch with Simon and Jay looking after parcels and overall wellness/safety. Antonia and Elle super friendly and helped us move to a different apartment within the building and making the transition super smooth! Finally the maintenance team but a special mention to Shane. I’d put in a request and he’d always respond within the hour. Any issues, he follows up and makes sure all is sorted. Would really recommend living here as the management and team are like an extended family."
