I just want to give a huge shout-out to the site caretaker at Denham Film Studios. The site has improved so much under his supervision. I've had two recent interactions regarding a couple of issues, and both were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Having him around makes everything so much easier — we would truly be at a loss without him. Thank you for all that you do!

Our relationship manager has been excellent. She is competent, clearly knows her job and equally importantly is responsive to emails and keeps people in the picture.

Our appointed Relationship Manager was extremely, friendly & helpful, she answered all my questions in clearly and in detail. The communication between us felt as if we had known each other for years. We definitely need more people like her on the end of a phone.

I'd like to say a huge thank you to our Estates Manager, despite having a number of issues to manage across our large site, when I asked about a particular issue in our block (a lift that was out of order) her response was both understanding of the situation, 100% professional and handled with her usual good grace. Oh yes, and effective (even if the lift company seemed to be less so) as the lift is now back in action. This is only one thing that I'd like to say thank you for - and I do want to say a huge thank you!

My communication with the property manager was very helpful indeed. He is very clear and competent and a notable exception to the rest of my many contacts with Ringley. I found the Ringley website to be a disaster, extremely complex and impossible to use. Information given on line is obscure and I found it incomprehensible and only after eight telephone calls to different people at Ringley was I able to get the information I needed at last when I was finally able to speak to the property manager.
