They responded quickly, popped round the next day and sorted my issue. The maintenance engineer also explained how everything worked and what I needed to do going forward. The lettings advisor from Ringley took this issue very seriously and has been so helpful in resolving it in a timely fashion. There was no need to chase her given that she followed up with emails to check for updates. In the end 3 engineers were involved but The lettings advisor made sure the heating was fixed. Given the recent cold weather and my small children this exceptional service was appreciated. Thanks again Georgia!!"
Mark - Estates - 17/02/2025 "The Ringley staff at the Prospect Place development in Cardiff Bay work hard to manage such a large estate. My experience of the concierge and cleaning team is fantastic, our block is always looking and smelling great too. We have had to call upon the site team also when we had a leak, the Caretaker in particular is an on-site legend and went the extra mile helping to neatly identify the problem and repair very quickly and professionally and even loaned a dehumidifier to help with drying out the carpets. Keep up the good work.."

Even though the contractors cleaned up before departing there were still marks left on carpets etc etc. without even asking the team were on our floor early in the morning washing the carpets. They look like new again. They have been working really hard to improve the standard of the rest of the building. Thank you very much guys your hard work is very much appreciated."
