My apartment block, like so many others, has been affected by ACM cladding issues and new regulatory requirements that have resulted in mortgage lenders refusing to provide loans on apartments, and insurers imposing significant premium loads. Although there is still some way to go, Ringley have endeavoured to engage with the developer, the Welsh and UK governments and the lending industry, to seek practical and economical solutions to the current problems. They have also communicated regularly with residents throughout this period, providing clear and concise guidance and updates as often as possible.

Much effort has gone in to navigate through the issues, notably “unsafe” cladding, experienced by leaseholders following the tragedy of Grenfell Tower. Tangible fruits of this work are now becoming evident for which I as a leaseholder am extremely grateful.

I have found the Ringley Group to be trustworthy and competent in handling the management of the housing community I am part of. They have been proactive in seeking help and support for cladding issues on the estate. Their communication is good I feel, including zoom meetings, regular newsletters and updating emails as news arise. Their website could be easier to read/access and should perhaps be re-developed.

I just wanted to pass comment on the work of Adele Roberts. I have lived in my property for 12 years and have had many different relationship managers over the year. Adele has steadied the ship on our estate by delicately managing expectations, providing a consistent and professional approach and with her ability to communicate on a consistent and effective level. She is a credit to Ringley and will do all she can within her capabilities to support our small community.
