I would like to say a massive thank you to Byron, Prospect place maintenance Mgr and his team for dealing with this incident professionally and quickly - getting the roof repaired, drying the corridor and my apartment. Byron was on a day off and also not well but still came to the rescue and didn’t leave the apartment till nearly 8pm Amazing service - thank you so much Byron"

After communicating with him in regards to service charge he went above and beyond to set up an appointment with me and run through the portal and breakdown. He’s also gone out of his way to help me and my neighbour with a few things regarding car parking and I know other people on the development who always speak highly of him. This is the first manager we’ve had that shows he genuinely cares about the development and all the residents - always walking around and chatting to everyone, encourages us to visit his office whenever we need anything, very responsive (even in the evening or over the weekend!) and nothing is too much of an ask. He is an absolute credit to the company! Thank you so much!"
