Have had an occasion to contact the estate manager of the property management team in Cardiff. He responded quickly by text and had contractors looking at the problem water leak within two days. Professional and efficient in resolving my issue.

I am very grateful to the estates team for addressing a problem that residents of the apartment block I live in have had with the front door. When there is a strong wind from the north east, the door blows open and is very difficult to close. I have raised concerns over this issue on a number of occasions with the previous management company to no avail. The estate manager is the first person to listen to my concerns and take appropriate action.

I would like to thank my Estate Manager for going beyond her job description. My apartment ceiling this had been left through no fault of mine she dealt with it quickly professionally and I am one who is grateful as the task she did I was going to try and do but as an older resident would have found very hard she took that on board and dealt with it this is from one very grateful resident to your firm who have the luxury of having her on board

I would just like to express my huge thanks to the Relationship Manager of ,y building at Ringley. After a Very upsetting series of pest infestations (pigeons roosting on a ledge outside my flat and then flying in and defecating everywhere bed, washing on the dryer, chest of drawers etc.), she took it all in hand on my behalf. She liaised with Pest Control and even sent me links of things that might put them off in the interim (it transpires they are territorial so once they claim a ledge, it's theirs forever). On Thursday, Pest Control came to the flat to clean up the ledge and install spikes. Without her I would still be prisoner in my own flat, unable to open the windows for fear of them flying in. Thank you so much for your support, you're BRILLIANT!

I live in a gated development managed by Ringley since October 2022. I'm very house proud and like to keep things clean, organised and well maintained. I found it very frustrating when I realised that the estate was not managed well. I exchanged many emails with the manager at the time, to try and sort it out, without much effect. In early 2024 a new manager took over responsibility for our development and things started getting better. She organised leaseholders meeting to understand issues which needed addressing. Our gate has been out of order for almost two years and she got onto finding a contractor who can sort it out. She changed the ineffective cleaning company to improve cleanliness of the estate. I had a problem with pigeons fouling on my bedroom window. Eventually the pigeons found a way to enter the boxed roof gables, and set up a nest in there, which caused even more of them to hang out on the roof and around my window. The noise and fouling was relentless. I could not open my bedroom window at all. I was liasing with the previous manager for over a year to resolve this issue with no real action being taken. She instructed a pest control company and later a roofing company to close off access to the roof area and keep pigeons out, as well as install pigeon proofing measures. I can't thank her enough for getting this resolved. It allows me to get fresh air into my bedroom and enjoy my property again. She was also on the ball when a waste stack got blocked and I had dirty water backing up to my flat. She got a plumber out to resolve the issue promptly. She is professional, efficient and gets the job done. We are fortunate she took over management of our development. Thank you.
