I am a resident at a big development in Cardiff which is managed by Ringley. There are complex issues to resolve (for instance, we have the wrong sort of cladding) and I have been very impressed by the dedication, tenacity and hard work which has been put in by Ringley and, in particular their CEO, in pushing for resolution. Well done Ringley!

The UKAA hosted a webinar with Ringley on the 'Building Safety Regulations new risks for Investors and Developers'. They provided highly relevant information on the post Hackett Enquiry new legislation and its impact on the design, construction and management of residential buildings. It is going require profound change to our industry and Ringley provided a detailed, informative but most importantly an accessible webinar. They clearly identified the obligations, potential problems and remedies. The webinar will be added to the UKAA's Best Practice Guide.

Good experience dealing with Karl Bradley over the past 2 years- capable, methodical, and has an engineering background, so good understanding of buildings. There appear to be a lot of very decent people at Ringley, always pleasant on the phone. Karl is ideal if your building is complex.
