We are residents in The Windsor Block from Langley Square development in Dartford and we are extremely happy with the cleaning services provided by cleaner Ana. Ana is a nice and very professional cleaner. She works effective, quick and extremely thorough and she leaves the block always super tidy and clean. She cleans all areas from the block to a high standard. We wanted to make you aware that Ana is fantastic, she does an amazing job and we are glad to have someone like her working at Langley Square!

I would just like to pass some comments on the excellent job that Narcissa does in our block. The block is always maintained to a high standard and just to add, she's wonderful always so friendly and approachable and clearly takes immense pride in her work. I'm sure this won't be the only positive feedback you receive in regards to her efforts but I had to add my comments to the pile!

Narci the cleaner in the duke building is the best weve had. She works so hard and her attention to detail is great. She's friendly and approachable and is constantly on her feet keeping everything as clean as she can. She even is so friendly to my son and stops to chat with us. Thank you for all your hard work!! Its doesnt go unnoticed. Liam the property manager is new to the development and in a short space of time he has been proactive and responsive. He is always visible on the development and extremely friendly and always talking to residents relating to the development. He is great asset to Ringley and I look forward to the changes ahead.

Just a quick note to say how well Adele performs her duties - she is a credit to the profession as is polite, professional and knowledgeable. We are a small managed estate in Peterborough with an unenvious task in respect of site management as we have a converted listed building as part of the portfolio split into apartments, a series of residential properties and a lot of greenspace, park and sustainable drainage ponds. The site has been initially very difficult to manage due to a poor handover from the Developer (issues still outstanding 5 years in), and an initial Relationship Manager who didn't necessarily have the skills that Adele does. We have come on leaps and bounds over the last 2 years and progression is now being made with a really good relationship between Adele and the Resident Directors and freeholders/leaseholders on site. Working together to get to a position where all the relevant contracts that are required are in place and monitored, the site is looking good now and working to try and resolve outstanding issues with the Developer. Adele would be a great mentor and positive role model to any new members of Ringley staring their career in Relationship Management - make sure you retain this member of staff. Estate Management is always very difficult and can be costly - working together we have managed to 'keep costs' at the lowest possible with good procurement and regular reviews of contracts - yes, the cost is still high on site but it reflects living in a site which meets statutory and legal requirements as well as being safe and looking fabulous and an asset to the community.

Liam at Langley square has helped us resolve a number of problems on our development and has gone out of his way to investigate and find a solution on both occasions. One thing we noticed about Liam is that he really listens and understands the issue so that he can resolve it in the best possible way so the issue doesn't come back. Something which is also really refreshing about Liams approach is that he made himself known in person and didn't communicate from behind a phone or computer which resolved the issue so much quicker because he got to see it first hand. Really appreciate all his hard work around the development.

I have lived here for over two years now in Langley Square and I personally have to praise the new site manager Liam Washington. Since Liam has come I have had a go to person on-site all the time who deals with what you ask the best way he can and very fast and efficiently!! I had a few issues past couple months but Liam helped get them all sorted with a quick turnaround. Very polite and great sense of humour and its just nice to know you can call on the site and he will be there to help in the best way possible.
