Moving to the UK and renting for the first time in London is not the easiest of experiences that can leave the impression that management companies often create an impersonal experience for the tenant. I was fortunate to experience the transition to Ringley in my building and specifically the experience of interacting with the lettings advisor. She is very responsive and professional and importantly provides for a personable interaction in which queries are promptly addressed as are issues that may arise from time to time that need to be fixed.
