The lettings advisor who helped me move from my parents house to my own place was so kind she also answered every one of my million questions! She was super helpful as it was my first time moving she fully in detail explained everything and regularly checked up on me, she got the whole process sorted so quickly! Adele Roberts (at Ringley) has been very responsive to queries about the Bembridge House facilities and has worked hard to address issues as they arise. I am extremely satisfied with the service that has been provided Although the anticipated service charge is somewhat higher than the initial quote, I do not believe that is within her control.
