Mark - Estates - 17/02/2025 "The Ringley staff at the Prospect Place development in Cardiff Bay work hard to manage such a large estate. My experience of the concierge and cleaning team is fantastic, our block is always looking and smelling great too. We have had to call upon the site team also when we had a leak, the Caretaker in particular is an on-site legend and went the extra mile helping to neatly identify the problem and repair very quickly and professionally and even loaned a dehumidifier to help with drying out the carpets. Keep up the good work.."

Moira - Estates - 13/02/2025 "We own a property in Prospect Place which has recently had work done to it in the communal areas. Even though the contractors cleaned up before departing there were still marks left on carpets etc etc. without even asking the team were on our floor early in the morning washing the carpets. They look like new again. They have been working really hard to improve the standard of the rest of the building. Thank you very much guys your hard work is very much appreciated."

Julie Boyd - Estates - 13/01/2025 "We recently had some plumbing work done which required the water being shut off for a short period on the whole of our floor in our apartment block. Our caretaker was extremely helpful, as always, coordinating the shut down with us and our plumber. It all went without a hitch and minimal disruption."

For the last several years we have endured the horrendous cladding situation which has caused so much stress and upset beyond words can convey, however, he has been by far our go-to person for any help that we have needed. His dedication to the job goes beyond the norm and for that we would like to thank you. Cheryl Hakem - Estates - 04/12/2024 "Ringley Group were always very quick at repairs if needed around the Apartments ,and supplied all out of hours numbers for emergencies . They were speedy with any enquiries and always communicated very well. I also have had the most pleasure of receiving ,help and advice from our Relationship Manager for a number of years regarding my apartment . He has always been available on the phone every time I’ve needed assistance . He has always been polite and very helpful and always made sure I understood everything no matter how long the phone call was knowing he’s a very busy man. My Relationship Manager was my go to person at Ringley and I am saddened that Ringley Group will cease Managing our Apartments . I hope The next management company are on par with what I have experienced ,they will have very big boots to fill to even come close to the most kind and understanding manager and Company I have ever dealt with ."
