Just a note to say that Pym Court is looking absolutely fantastic at the moment. The communal spaces are being kept really tidy. I can't say enough good things and wanted to express my thanks. Adrian is absolutely fab. Really friendly, clearly diligent and hard working. Our lift has been cleaned for the first time in a long time! I even find him polishing the hand rails on the stairs! He is clearly an asset, and I'm sure a big part of why and how the whole place is looking so great. It would be great if his boss might be able to hear my glowing feedback and I don't doubt that you're also partly responsible for the changes. Many, many thanks. Such positive change.
