Joanne is friendly and helpful. She has been responsive to my enquiries and provided useful information since I contacted her to ask for details of the property at the very beginning. Staff of the property management team and technicians are great too. They explained every details to me when I moved in and the technician fixed the broken rack in the toilet promptly right after I reported it.
