No emails is left un-responded and issues are addressed swiftly and efficiently with superb professionalism and a no faff attitude. We have had a serious issue on the roof and in the course of 6 weeks, specialists were called in to investigate, a scaffolding was erected and the works we have been waiting for over 6 years to happen finally started with a great result using a genius idea to pierce a wall to direct rain water into the main drain. I cant fault Nick Johns and I will be happy to support Ringley as long as they retain him as i truly believe good agents - often doing thankless tasks! - are the core of every good managing agency. Thank you! "
